Do you ship worldwide?

Yes! Our artisans are located around the world. You can find their shipping guidelines on their storefront page.

How can I request a refund?

Refunds are only accepted within 30 days of your purchase if the item arrives damaged. Please contact us with an image of the item, image of damaged packaging and who you purchased from and when. Once approved, you must ship the item back and once we receive we will refund you.

Do you offer gift-vouchers?

Yes! You may purchase an online gift card on our site. The gift card will emailed to you or the recipient you specify.

How can I use a coupon code?

Coupon codes are posted site-wide periodically as well as specific stores may create their own coupons. Please use the code during checkout.

Why are there multiple shipping fees?

We are a multi-vendor website, which means are vendors are from all around the world and ship their products individually. When you purchase from multiple sellers, they will each list their own shipping fees.

Do you allow backorders?

Artisans may choose to sell their items however they’d like. If they want to accept backorders that is up to their policy.

Are there benefits for registered users?

Yes! Stay up to date by signing up for our newsletter. Keep track of your orders and your info saved for future purchases!

What payment methods are available?

Currently we accept payment through Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.

Do you have an affiliate program?

Currently we do not.

Gift wrapping depends on the specific seller/creators offerings. Please see their store front for more info if they provide this.
